In the last 4 years my son was lucky to have music teachers who were great mentors. As a result of this influence he will be pursuing a degree in music in the Fall.

I found the convenience of having an instructor come to our home extremely valuable. It's one less trip out to an extracurricular activity. I would definitely recommend KLM Music to all our friends and family and have.

I chose KLM because of the in home service, and being able to have the same instructor for guitar and piano lessons for my son and daughter. Yes I would recommend KLM.

I was invited to attend the School of Rock concert on Sunday even though I am not a parent or relative of any of the children who were performing. I thought it was terrific and all the musicians should be very proud of themselves! Congratulations to the young musicians and to the music educators and technical crew that enabled the event to be such a success!

I wanted to thank you for everything you have done for us. I rave to all my friends about the professionalism of your staff and the relationship with the instructors (they have all been friendly and punctual and each brought a unique style to the lessons) and the ease to which lessons can happen at home. Thank you for bringing a love of music into my son's life that he will take with him wherever he goes.

Keaton is LOVING drum lessons. He looks forward to Tuesdays & wishes he could have lessons everyday in fact! The KLM studio is very friendly & I am having nice chats now with one of the other Moms that is also waiting for her child taking lessons. Thank you again for the great customer service.

Blake loves going to his lessons and he does look forward to it each week. It seems that Blake and Shane get along great as he talks about him quite a bit. He does practice at home and we are pleased with what he has already learned. We actually love listening to him, he sounds great! So yes all is good and we are for sure keeping him in the lessons! Please let Shane know we are thrilled with his teaching and cannot wait to hear Blake in the coming months!

Veronica loves piano with Eric, they seem to have a great working relationship. She is motivated and practices at home when told to.

We will be moving away from Calgary at the end of June. We have loved Tom, our teacher, and really appreciate the service KLM has provided. Our neighbours are looking for teachers, so we will be passing along the KLM packet to them with a strong recommendation.

Cam has been a really fabulous guitar/bass teacher for my boys and Cam knows we think very highly of him. Their experience with Cam was very positive and he was a great instructor. We have been very happy with KLM and Cam.

Just wanted to let you know that we are very happy to have Tyler as a drum instructor again this year. He is such a nice guy, arrives on time and is easy to get a hold of by phone or e-mail. As well, all of Patrick’s friends think the fact that Tyler’s band, Zoo Lion, opened for Bon Jovi (and they were great!) is so cool! It definitely increased Patrick’s street cred!We couldn’t be happier with the way things are going.

We have been delighted with Devon thus far and Joshua is more enthusiastic about music than he ever has been. Devon has been on time, is extremely polite and has Joshua excited about learning, which is all we can ask for. I want to thank you for your follow-up. I must say that I am very impressed with your level of service and your attention to detail with your clients. I wanted to quickly, yet formally, thank you for all your efforts thus far, in accommodating the two families I referred to KLM (who have children with special needs), with music lessons. Both families have contacted me independently expressing their gratitude in having been afforded an opportunity to introduce music to their boys. While this is often standard practice in most families, for these families in particular, where 'normal, everyday tasks' are often a daily struggle, you have provided the parents with a gift: observing their child engage in a "typical" activity - the ultimate goal for many of the families I see on a regular basis. Finally, on a personal note, my own family's experience with KLM has always been outstanding - this most recent connection with KLM has only further confirmed my opinion. Again, I would like to commend you for the exceptional, and valuable, 'community service' you are providing for these families, and hopefully other similar families in the future.

I must tell you that Joshua is absolutely loving his lessons and that we are delighted with the program. Devon is a great teacher and I can't say enough about how well run your program is. In an culture of generally poor service and lack of care, KLM rises above and I would recommend you to anyone who asks. Thanks to all of you!
